Our studio specializes in creating aerial 3d renders that allow you to see a project from the air and understand it in its full context. A professional aerial render makes it possible to show the scale of the development, interaction with the environment and the general structure of the territory.
We create detailed scenes using the aerial architectural rendering approach, which takes into account not only the building itself, but also the surroundings, roads, landscape and infrastructure. Thanks to 3D aerial views, clients get a complete picture of the project and its place in the environment.
The Bird’s eye view format allows you to effectively demonstrate large areas, residential complexes and urban solutions. We also use the Drone perspective approach to create a realistic feeling of an aerial view, close to real shooting.
Such an aerial render is a powerful tool for presentations, marketing and working with investors, as it allows you to show a complete picture of the project.

Our team creates professional aerial renderings that help clients see the project in scale and understand its structure. High-quality aerial 3d renders allow you to show the territory, buildings and infrastructure as a single system.
The approach to aerial rendering includes working with Overhead view, which gives a clear idea of the location of objects. We also create architectural drone views that look natural and convincing.
Our property overview renderings help present the project to investors, and roofline render views allow you to evaluate the shape of buildings and the structure of the development.
Our team has experience in creating aerial renderings for various types of projects. We combine architectural thinking and technical skills to create aerial 3d renders that accurately convey the scale, environment and logic of the development. This allows clients to receive a clear and high-quality result.
We work according to a clear structure, which makes the aerial rendering process predictable and efficient. From the selection of the Overhead view to the final image, each stage is agreed with the client. This approach allows us to create aerial renderings without unnecessary edits and delays.
In the aerial rendering process, we use modern technical solutions that allow us to work with large areas and detailed scenes. This allows us to create aerial 3d renders with a high level of quality and accuracy.
We have experience in creating aerial 3d renders for residential and commercial projects. Thanks to this, we understand how to work with scale, area and composition. Our aerial renderings help to effectively present projects of varying complexity.
The right camera is key in aerial renderings. We select angles that best show the structure of the territory and the interaction of objects. Thanks to this, aerial 3d renders look clear, logical and effective for presentations.

In the first stage, we determine the best angles for presenting the architecture. The team creates several test camera options to show the building from different points and find the most winning composition.
We test different viewing angles, distances, and perspectives to ensure the building appears at the correct scale and harmoniously interacts with the surrounding environment. After that, the selected angles are agreed with the client.
This approach ensures that the final exterior rendering conveys the project’s architecture as clearly and effectively as possible.

Once the cameras are approved, we move on to setting up the scene’s lighting, materials, and atmosphere. This is where the image’s visual character is formed.
We use realistic daylight simulation, select materials from our material library, and adjust textures, highlights, and shadows. We also integrate landscape elements, terrain modeling, and surrounding buildings to create a convincing 3D exterior visualization.
All lighting and material parameters are tested and agreed with the client before the final rendering.

At the final stage, we detail the scene and bring the image to maximum realism. Materials are adjusted, glare and shadows are refined, and the general atmosphere of the scene is refined.
After that, final exterior renders are created in high resolution. Additionally, professional post-production is performed: color correction, atmosphere enhancement, and final visual edits.
As a result, the client receives a photorealistic 3D architectural exterior rendering, ready to use in presentations, marketing materials, on the website, or in an architectural portfolio.
We create a transparent, collaborative process for working with the client in an online environment. Using the Miro interactive whiteboard, you see all stages – from the first ideas to the final decisions – in real time. This allows you to quickly agree on concepts, discuss details, and make decisions without unnecessary delays.

“MOLOT’s efforts received positive feedback from the client. The team provided timely deliverables and was highly responsive to needs throughout the engagement. Moreover, MOLOT’s organized approach and attention to detail were hallmarks of their performance. Overall, the project was successful.”
“Working on Kevin’s aerial renderings was one of those projects where things just click. From the first camera tests to the final lighting, the collaboration felt easy and genuinely enjoyable.
Kevin always had clear feedback, which meant fewer guesses on our side and more time pushing the visuals further. We explored different angles, light moods, and environments until the architecture really started to shine.
At some point it stopped feeling like ‘just another rendering task’ and became more like a creative experiment we were running together. And honestly, those are the projects we enjoy the most — when both sides are curious enough to squeeze every bit of potential out of the design.”

“I see aerial rendering as a way to understand the project as a whole, not just separate buildings. From above, you start to see connections — how spaces relate to each other, how the layout works, how the project fits into its surroundings.
What I enjoy most is building that big picture. When everything aligns — scale, composition, environment — the project becomes clear and easy to read. That’s when an aerial view turns into a real tool for understanding and presenting the architecture.
