Art Director – remote
Who we’re looking for (aka the person who sees the frame before it exists):
We’re not looking for someone who just says “make it moodier.”
We’re looking for someone with taste.
Someone who can look at a render and instantly know what’s missing — even before anyone else notices it.
Someone who understands that great visuals are not about adding more.
They’re about knowing what matters.
One of us is balancing the atmosphere of a coastal villa at sunset,
Another is rebuilding materials from scratch because “good enough” still feels CGI,
Someone else is fighting for the perfect camera angle for three hours straight.
You’d be the person connecting all of it into one visual language.
We don’t care how many years you’ve worked somewhere.
We care if you can guide people creatively.
If your feedback makes work stronger, not safer.
If you understand architecture, emotion, rhythm, light, composition — and how all of it works together.
You might be a fit if you:
- Can direct visuals without killing the artist behind them
- Understand storytelling, mood, and atmosphere on an instinctive level
- Know the difference between a technically correct image and a powerful one
- Can shape a project visually from rough references to final frames
- Have a strong eye for composition, materials, camera work, and lighting
- Know how to push quality while still respecting deadlines and production reality
What we’re looking for:
- Strong artistic vision and visual taste
- Experience in architectural visualization, interiors, product rendering, or related fields
- Confidence giving feedback and creative direction
- A deep understanding of design, photography, architecture, and cinematic composition
- Ability to lead artists creatively while keeping the process clear and motivating
- Someone obsessed with details — but smart enough to know which details matter most
