Business Developer / Growth Partner– remote / freelance / partnership-based
Who we’re looking for:
We’re not looking for someone to “send cold emails.”
We’re looking for someone who knows how to open doors.
Someone who understands that good business development is not about pushing services into people’s faces.
It’s about finding the right people, starting the right conversations, building trust, and creating opportunities that actually make sense.
We are a boutique architectural visualization and design studio working with architects, interior designers, developers, and product brands around the world.
One day we’re creating visuals for a luxury villa with ocean views.
Another day we’re helping a furniture brand make their product look ready to sell.
Then we’re building interactive real estate tools for developers who want to present properties better.
Now we’re looking for someone who can help us grow further.
Not as a regular salesperson.
More like a growth partner.
You might be a fit if you:
- Know how to find and approach the right clients
- Have a strong network in architecture, real estate, interiors, design, furniture, lighting, or development
- Understand how to sell creative and visual services without sounding cheap or pushy
- Can spot new markets, new client types, and new partnership opportunities
- Know how to build relationships, not just close fast deals
- Can communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally in English
- Think strategically, but also know how to take action
What we’re looking for:
- Someone strong in sales, outreach, networking, and partnerships
- Experience with B2B clients, ideally in architecture, design, real estate, branding, or creative services
- A person who can represent the studio with taste and confidence
- Someone who understands premium positioning and long-term value
- Ability to bring ideas, test approaches, and build a real growth process with us
- A person who is independent, proactive, and not waiting for step-by-step instructions
