Project Manager
– remote

Who we’re looking for (aka the person who keeps creative chaos from becoming actual chaos):

We’re not searching for a “task manager.”
We’re looking for someone who can hold a project together without killing the energy behind it.

Someone who can talk to artists, understand clients, feel deadlines coming before they arrive — and keep everything moving without turning the studio into corporate hell.

One minute you’re helping structure feedback on a luxury villa project,
Next you’re calming down a client who changed half the brief overnight,
Then you’re checking if renders are actually ready — not just “almost ready.”

We don’t care if your KPI spreadsheet has 42 colors.

We care if people trust you.
If projects move smoother when you’re around.
If artists feel supported instead of chased.

You might be a fit if you:

  • Know how to organize creative people without suffocating them
  • Can communicate clearly, calmly, and like a human being
  • Understand that good project management is part psychology, part structure, part instinct
  • Notice problems early instead of reacting late
  • Can balance deadlines, quality, budgets, and relationships at the same time
  • Know how to keep momentum without constant pressure

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Someone organized, reliable, and proactive
  • Experience managing creative or architectural / visualization projects is a big plus
  • Ability to work with timelines, feedback rounds, and multiple moving parts
  • A person who takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions
  • Someone who respects both the client and the creative process

What you’ll actually get:

  • A team that genuinely cares about the work
  • Projects that are ambitious, not robotic
  • Direct collaboration with artists, founders, and clients
  • Freedom to improve processes instead of blindly following them
  • No endless meetings or fake corporate culture
  • A studio where trust matters more than micromanagement

Think this sounds like you?

Show us:

  • Who you are
  • What kind of projects or teams you’ve worked with
  • How you usually organize work and communication
  • Anything that helps us understand how you think

We’re not trying to hire “resources.”

We’re trying to find someone we’ll enjoy building with long-term.

If this feels familiar — reach out.

    WHO WE ARE

    • Molot Studio is a team of architects, designers, and 3D artists forging visuals that matter — not just pretty images, but clear, powerful design stories.
    • We help architects win competitions, pitch bold ideas, and show the world what good design really looks like.
    • Clients from London, California, Norway, and Australia come to us with chaos — we turn it into clarity.

    WHAT WE BELIEVE

    • Meaning over aesthetics – beauty should do the work.
    • Partnership over execution – we build with you, not just for you.
    • Clarity over noise – honest feedback, simple processes, clean communication.
