B2B Lead Generation Specialist

Who we’re looking for:
We’re not looking for someone to collect random emails from Google.
We’re looking for someone who knows how to find real opportunities.
Someone who can research markets, identify the right companies, find decision-makers, and build clean, useful lead lists that can actually turn into conversations.
We are a boutique architectural visualization and design studio working with architects, interior designers, real estate developers, furniture brands, lighting brands, and design-focused companies around the world.
Now we’re looking for a person who can help us find more of the right people.
Not just “leads.”
The right leads.
You might be a fit if you:
- Know how to search for companies in specific markets
- Can find decision-makers, emails, LinkedIn profiles, and useful company details
- Understand the difference between a random contact and a real potential client
- Can build structured lead lists without mess
- Know how to work with LinkedIn, Google, company websites, directories, databases, and outreach tools
- Can think logically about target audiences and market segments
- Pay attention to details and don’t disappear halfway through the task
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in B2B lead generation or lead research
- Good English for reading websites, profiles, and company information
- Ability to work with spreadsheets, CRM tools, LinkedIn, and email research tools
- Someone accurate, consistent, and proactive
- A person who can follow clear criteria, but also think independently
- Understanding of architecture, real estate, design, interiors, furniture, or creative industries would be a big plus
What you’ll actually get:
- Research potential clients in selected markets
- Build lead lists with company names, websites, emails, LinkedIn profiles, and decision-makers
- Find architecture studios, developers, interior design firms, furniture brands, lighting brands, and other relevant companies
- Help us test new markets and client segments
- Keep the database clean, structured, and useful
- Work closely with us to improve the quality of leads over time
