MODEL 1 Case of our team in helping TO ATTRACT INVESTORS in A MODULAR ADU CONCEPT IN CALIFORNIA DESIGNED

MODEL 1 is a project of a modular ADU developed together with Steelblox in California. Our goal was not only to show the architecture itself, but to create a clear visual concept that feels connected to its landscape and appealing to potential investors. Based on the client’s moodboard, cohesive visual direction was developed a with carefully selected materials, furniture, and atmosphere. Later final renderings were used in architecture animation presentation and on the client’s website – as a result this also helped to communicate the project’s potential and support investor interest.

Challenge

1. Creating more than just a building presentation

The client did not want a standard architectural visualization. We had to make project feel like a complete lifestyle concept, reflecting the atmosphere of California living and makes the modular ADU appealing to future buyers and investors.

2. Building the design direction from moodboards

Client’s references and moodboard – the visual identity of the project had to be developed around it. It was important to find the right balance between architecture, furniture rendering, materials and environment so the whole presentation felt cohesive.

3. Making the project convincing for investment

Our team had to make images work not only as renders, but to be as a presentation tool, make them clearly show the versatility and value of the modular unit to potential investors.

Solution

1.Translating the client’s vision into a clear concept

Client’s moodboard was used as a starting point. Every major element was selected to support one cohesive story and we had to develop a responsive visual direction that fits naturally into the California landscape.

2. Shaping the atmosphere through materials and furniture

From modern furniture to earthy finishes: we carefully chose the interior and exterior elements to create a believable and visually strong concept. Every point we used helped the project feel more like a desirable living product than just a technical modular structure.

3. Producing presentation-ready renderings

Our studio created a set of images that highlighted the beauty of architectural character of the ADU from different angles and it`s flexibility. These visuals were designed to work effectively across both presentations and digital platforms.

result

1. A strong visual presentation for the client

To showcase the project and communicate its full potential we used renderings in the client’s presentations and on their website.

2.Positive client response and continued collaboration

The published case includes positive feedback from the client’s founding director. He described the images as beautiful and noted only minor corrections before moving on to the next project.

3. Support in attracting investors

Our renderings helped attract investor attention. Result – the funding needed for the company’s growth were supported.

“This project was never just to make the final imagery. It was like the opportunity to give an ambitious idea a visual identity strong enough to move it forward.

Our work with Alfred, every image we made a purpose beyond aesthetics. Our aim was responsible – communicate the vision clearly, build confidence around the product, help people see its potential even before it became a reality.

What made the journey especially meaningful for us was watching that vision gain traction, secure investment and making its way into the U.S. market.

The right visuals don’t simply show what a product could look like – that experience reinforced something we strongly believe. They help people believe in what it could become.”
