WARNER BROS. – RAPID CONCEPT VISUALIZATION Our case about how to help architects develop, refine and present an entire new workplace concept under extreme deadlines and workflow rhythm

Our architectural visualization London project that was created in collaboration with tp bennett for the new Warner Bros. workplace in London, Great Britain.

The architects developed a series of immersive interior concepts inspired by some of Warner Brothers most iconic productions. Library – inspired by a Harry Potter, a Batman styled meeting room and a Game of Thrones meeting space; a dramatic reception area centered around the Warner Bros. identity – each environment was scrupulously designed to celebrate storytelling through architecture.

Molot studio architectural visualisation London collaboration with tp bennett team has a role to transform these evolving concepts into high-quality visualizations and these all under an especially tight term. Working with tp bennett as an extension of its team, we produced presentation imagery that helped the architects to develop, refine and finally present their successful ideas to the client. Every project we have made before, our experience we got and our knowledge in workflow process in 3D architectural visualization services we provided to our clients helped us in this exigent project.

Challenge

1. Visualizing multiple themed environments

Each space had its own identity and inspiration. The challenge was to precisely communicate very different atmospheres and to keep the entire workplace visually connective.

2.Keeping pace with a rapidly evolving design

One of the challenges: the concept was changing almost every day. Architects continuously refined new layouts, materials, furniture and details while we continued to produce updated visualizations in parallel.

Our images became part of the design conversation rather than the final output.

3.Delivering premium quality in just a few days

The presentation deadline left no time for long production cycles at all. One of the world’s most recognized entertainment brands expected high level of quality but at a time our every visualization had to be completed quickly.

Solution

1.Working as one integrated team

Instead of following a traditional client-vendor workflow, we collaborated directly with the tp bennett architects, responding to design updates almost in real time.

2. Using visualization as a design tool

Each architecture rendering slice example that was made for the presentation became the next step in the design process. The architects reviewed materials, lighting, furniture and compositions directly on the images before making further refinements.

This workflow method significantly accelerated design development.

3.Creating cinematic interior atmospheres

Every room definitely required its own visual language. We reinforced the identity of each themed space through lighting, materials, composition and subtle storytelling while maintaining one coherent architectural experience.

result

1.A successful presentation of the concept

Our London architectural visualization project with tp bennett helped to communicate their design vision clearly and confidently during presentations to Warner Bros.

2.Faster design development

The visualizations became an active working tool, allowing ideas to be tested, discussed and refined throughout the whole project instead of only at the end.

3.A partnership built on trust

These London architecture visualization projects demonstrate why tp bennett continues working with our studio. When deadlines become demanding and traditional production schedules don`t work, we easily integrate into their workflow and help deliver results.

“One thing I’ll always remember is getting a message from Julian saying something like: ‘Guys… this project is going to be difficult.’

And usually if you hear from tp bennett says like that, it means the deadline is already slightly impossible 🙂

I remember we made a call almost immediately, started split up tasks, reorganizing the whole team, bringing in extra people, testing workflows we had honestly never used before at that scale… all just to make it in time.

What I respect a lot about working with Julian is that there’s always trust, even in situations where deadlines and work pressure is all the way during process. The projects are big, fast and demanding, but there’s also a shared feeling and understanding that everyone is pushing toward the same goal.

When I look back on the things, we created together in just a few days – they still surprise me.

It never really felt like a typical client relationship. It is more like two teams trying to solve very ambitious problems together.”
