MODEL 2 is a modular ADU project developed together with Steelblox in California. The goal was not only to show the architecture itself, but to create a clear visual concept that feels connected to its landscape and appealing to potential investors. Based on the client’s moodboard, we developed a cohesive visual direction with carefully selected materials, furniture, and atmosphere. The final renderings were later used in presentations and on the client’s website, helping communicate the project’s potential and support investor interest.

1. Creating more than just a building presentation
The client did not want a standard architectural visualization. The project had to feel like a complete lifestyle concept that reflects the atmosphere of California living and makes the modular ADU appealing to future buyers and investors.
2. Building the design direction from moodboards
The visual identity of the project had to be developed around the client’s references and moodboard. It was important to find the right balance between architecture, furniture, materials, and environment so the whole presentation felt cohesive.
3. Making the project convincing for investment
The images had to work not only as renders, but as a presentation tool that could clearly show the versatility and value of the modular unit to potential investors.
1.Translating the client’s vision into a clear concept
We used the client’s moodboard as a starting point and developed a responsive visual direction that fits naturally into the California landscape. Every major element was selected to support one cohesive story.
2. Shaping the atmosphere through materials and furniture
From modern furniture to earthy finishes, we carefully chose the interior and exterior elements to create a believable and visually strong concept. This helped the project feel more like a desirable living product than just a technical modular structure.
3. Producing presentation-ready renderings
We created a set of images that highlight the beauty, flexibility, and architectural character of the ADU from different angles. These visuals were designed to work effectively across both presentations and digital platforms.
1. A strong visual presentation for the client
The renderings were used in the client’s presentations and on their website to showcase the project and communicate its full potential.
2.Positive client response and continued collaboration
he published case includes positive feedback from the client’s founding director, who described the images as beautiful and noted only minor corrections before moving on to the next project.
3. Support in attracting investors
According to the project text on Behance, the renderings helped attract investor attention and supported the funding needed for the company’s growth.

“I’ve been working with Bogdan and Andre since 2022, and throughout that time they’ve consistently delivered outstanding work.
Together we completed many high-quality renderings, and they also supported us with the design development of custom homes. Their visuals played a major role in helping us present the concept properly to investors and clients.
With their support, I was able to successfully sell my startup and raise significant funding to launch modular homes in the United States.
I truly appreciate the collaboration and can confidently recommend them.”
“It was a really interesting process, because we were not just visualizing a house — we were shaping how this product should feel.
With modular architecture, everything has to be clear and honest. There’s no space to hide behind complexity, so we focused a lot on proportions, materials, and how the space connects to the landscape.
What I personally enjoyed most was building this California atmosphere — making it feel warm, relaxed, and natural, like a place where you’d actually want to spend time.
In the end, it became less about the structure itself and more about creating a lifestyle around it.”
