BEL AIR HOUSE

Designing and visualizing a luxury villa in Los Angeles

Bel Air House is a high-end residential project located in Los Angeles, developed in close collaboration with the client.

Unlike a typical visualization task, this project involved both design and visual development. The client provided a base model and initial camera directions, while we worked together on shaping the interior, materials, and overall visual atmosphere.

Our role was to support the design process and translate it into a set of images that present the villa as a complete and desirable living space.

Challenge

1. Focusing on composition and framing

Each view was carefully constructed to highlight the geometry and balance of the volumes.

Camera angles were selected to reinforce the architectural rhythm.

2.Using light as a primary design element

We worked with controlled lighting scenarios to define form and create contrast.

Shadows were used to emphasize depth and structure.

3.Keeping the scene clean and intentional

We avoided unnecessary details and distractions, allowing the architecture to remain the main focus.

Every element in the frame was placed with purpose.

Solution

1. Working with minimal and abstract architecture

The project is based on simple volumes and limited materials.

The challenge was to make the visuals engaging without adding unnecessary elements or overcomplicating the scene.

2.Emphasizing form over detail

There are no decorative elements — everything is about proportions and composition.

The images needed to clearly communicate the geometry and spatial relationships.

3. Creating atmosphere with limited tools

With minimal materials and context, light and composition became the main tools to create mood and depth.

result

1. Clear expression of architectural intent

The visualizations communicate the design through form, proportion, and light.

2. Strong and recognizable visual identity

The project stands out through its minimalism and clarity.

3.A conceptual portfolio piece

The images work as an exploration of architecture itself, showing how simple forms can create a strong visual impact.

“This project was a good reminder that when you remove everything extra, what’s left really has to work.

There’s no decoration, no distractions — just form, light, and composition.
So every small decision becomes important.

It’s simple on the surface, but not that simple when you actually work on it.”
