Kozyn House is a private residential project located in a quiet, green area outside the city.
The architecture is built around simplicity, clean volumes, and a strong connection to the surrounding landscape. Large openings and terraces create a natural transition between interior and exterior spaces.
Our task was to translate the architectural concept into visualizations that clearly communicate the scale, materials, and atmosphere of the house within its environment.

1. Integrating architecture into a natural landscape
The house is strongly connected to its surroundings.
It was important to show how the building sits within the greenery and how it interacts with the landscape.
2.Working with simple forms and subtle materials
The architecture relies on minimalism — clean geometry and restrained material palette.
The challenge was to keep the visuals interesting and atmospheric without overcomplicating the scene.
3.Creating a calm and believable atmosphere
The project required a soft and natural mood.
The images needed to feel realistic, balanced, and close to real-life conditions rather than overly stylized.
1.Building a detailed environment around the house
We developed the surrounding landscape as an important part of the composition — trees, terrain, and background elements.
This helped anchor the architecture within a believable context.
2. Focusing on natural lighting
We used soft daylight scenarios to enhance materials and define the volume of the building.
Light was used to support the architecture and create depth without making the scene too dramatic.
3. Creating clean and balanced compositions
Each view was carefully composed to highlight proportions, structure, and spatial relationships.
We avoided unnecessary elements, keeping the focus on the architecture.
1. Clear presentation of the architectural concept
The visualizations helped communicate the design in a simple and understandable way.
2. Natural and atmospheric imagery
The images reflect a calm, realistic environment that supports the architectural idea.
3. Strong portfolio representation
The project became a clean example of how minimal architecture can be presented through balanced and thoughtful visualization.
“Sometimes the simplest architecture is actually the hardest to get right.
With this project, there was nowhere to hide — clean lines, calm materials, and a lot of empty space that had to feel intentional, not just… empty.
We spent quite some time finding that balance — adding just enough life around the house without taking attention away from it.
In the end, it’s one of those projects that feels very quiet, but in a good way. Like it doesn’t try too hard — and that’s exactly the point.”
